The product review industry has a trust problem. Most review sites earn money by promoting the brands they cover — creating a direct conflict of interest that distorts their recommendations. We built Trusio to be the alternative: a platform where every ranking is earned through performance, not payment.
Our name reflects our purpose. Trusio is rooted in the word "trust" — and every decision we make is designed to protect it.
What We Do
We independently research, purchase, and test consumer products across a wide range of categories. Our team tracks bestseller lists, consumer forums, and search trends to identify the products people are genuinely considering — then we buy them at retail price and put them through structured, repeatable testing.
The result is a set of rankings that reflect real-world performance, not marketing spend.
Our Testing Standards
Independent Purchase: Every product we review is bought through standard retail channels. We never accept free samples or sponsored units from brands, because doing so creates obligations that compromise objectivity.
Structured Criteria: Each product category has a defined set of evaluation criteria — performance, build quality, usability, and value for money. Every product in a category is scored against the same rubric, making comparisons genuinely fair.
Full Transparency: We publish our methodology alongside every review. You can see exactly what we tested, how we scored it, and why we ranked products the way we did.
Regular Updates: Markets change. New products launch, prices shift, and older products get discontinued. We revisit our rankings on a regular basis to ensure they reflect the current landscape.
Our Relationship with Affiliate Programs
Trusio participates in affiliate advertising programs. When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission. This revenue helps fund our testing operations — but it never influences our rankings.
Our reviewers evaluate products without knowing which ones carry affiliate links. Rankings are determined entirely by test scores. We will always tell you when a product falls short, regardless of any commercial relationship.
